Different Diets

Different Diets dot-com provides information about all kinds of diets. Our aim is to help you find the best diet for you. Everyone is different and it makes absolute sense that not everyone can lose weight by following the same set of instructions.

Obvious, huh? Well, you might not think so after reading all the misleading rubbish that’s on offer all over the internet. The first thing to remember is to immediately disregard all those fad diets that promise quick results by eating only quirky foods like cookies, eggs, walnuts and so on. The pounds may fall off quickly but, believe me, they’re going to fall back on just as fast.

I’ve spent literally thousands of hours researching different diets and there are two overwhelming facts that became obvious early one. And I’m going to reveal these huge “secrets” to you without any bally-hoo. To lose weight and keep weight off you have to:

  1. Really want to lose those pounds, and
  2. Follow a natural weight loss method.

Taking drugs prescribed by a doctor may work for a little while, but if you don’t stop eating 20 donuts and drinking a gallon of cola a day, you’re soon going to be back in the same bad place you were before the doctor gave you his pills – no matter how many of them you take. Before exploring the different diets you – have to sit down (or stand up if you really need the exercise!) and work out whether you have that “lose weight” mindset.

different diets and chocolateThe most basic simple truth we should all learn is that natural foods are good for us. The other side of the same coin is that fast foods and manufactured food in general is bad. We all know that burger joints like McDonald’s sneak sugar into their buns and sauces to make them taste nicer and to hook us on the taste.

Cut Out Fast Food Meals To Lose Weight Almost Without Noticing

According to McDonald’s own figures, a single Big Mac® contains 8 grams of sugars (around two teaspoons full) and provides more than a quarter of a woman’s recommended daily intake of calories. “Do you want fries with that?” That’ll add a whopping 500 calories for a large pack. Include a medium Classic Coke ® and that’s a grand total of 1250 calories in one not particularly nutritious meal, leaving you 750 calories for your other two meals and any drinks or snacks you may fancy. No wonder people who rely on junk food stack on the pounds!

Then there’s a question of your health, well-being and happiness and of eating food that’s actually good for you. That same Big Mac ® sandwich (without the fries and cola) provides a mammoth 45% of your daily amount of saturated fat (which is very bad for you and I recommend you try and cut down) and 42% of the amount of salt a healthy woman should consume a day. (BTW the fries add another 15%!)

But surely a meal that this can do you some good? Well, yes, there is some protein in your burger, but surprisingly only 25 grams out of the sandwich’s total of 214 grams. Sadly, there’s not much else on the plus side. Your burger only contains 16% of the day’s fiber allowance, which means it’ll be very hard to get enough on the amount of calories you’ve left yourself after having a medium-sized burger meal.

We’re not just picking on McDonald’s. All fast food is pretty much the same and almost all store-bought treats contain huge amounts of saturated fats and sugar. For example over 10% of a Twinkie bar comes in the form of saturated fats and nearly half of it (18 out of 42.5 grams weight per cake) is sugar of various kinds! If we steer clear of fast foods and candies on a daily basis and have them only as treats, we can lose a huge amount of weight without really noticing it.

One Simple Thing You Can Do Today To Lose Weight Faster & Be Healthier

If you do nothing else eat one apple in the morning before you have anything else. This will digest quickly and clear a path for whatever else you eat during the day and will clear your intestines. People who are thin and healthy go to the toilet regularly; people who are not tend to be constipated. That one apple a day might really keep the doctor away, regardless of all the different diets to chose from!

That one apple by itself can make a big difference to your general health, but to really benefit from nature’s bounty you need to eat lots of raw fruit and vegetables and less burgers, pizzas and processed foods. If you just cut bread out of your diet for a week you might notice a huge difference in your weight. Add chips, fries and fizzy sweetened drinks to the list and that’s maybe all the dieting you need to do.different diets

You can save money too. Generally speaking fresh, raw fruit and vegetables are sold in markets at a fraction of the prices you would pay for burgers and other fast food junk. You don’t have to give up Big Macs completely: just make them a weekly treat rather than a daily essential that, frankly, might well be killing you.

Losing weight is about controlling yourself and being guided by someone who knows what they’re doing and that’s why people go on diets. If you don’t have the confidence to do all this by yourself you will need help and that means looking around for different diets options. You can’t choose until you know what’s available.

Different diets have different names, different focuses and different aims

To work, a diet must reflect the person and the lifestyle. A “one diet fits all” policy will never work. Diets For Teenage Girls must be substantially different to Diets For Men, for example. Here are just a few of the better known weight loss and health diets:

  • Prasouda Diet
  • Smoothie Diet
  • DASH diet
  • Cabbage soup
  • Atkins high protein
  • Calorie controlled
  • South Beach
  • Low Carb
  • Detox
  • Weight Watchers’ points system
  • Body For Life
  • Zone diets

So many different diets… but not all of them will help you lose weight and some might even be harmful to your health. So, please carry on into this blog and read more of my posts and pretty soon I’m confident that you’ll be in a position to start to lose weight with the best diet for you.

Always remember:

Different diets suit different people.

Different Diets To Lose Weight

Different diets help different people to lose weight and it’s up to you to find the best one for you. How often have you heard people say that a well-known diet is a rip-off? That it just doesn’t work? The actual truth is that different diets work differently for different people. What works for your best friend, may not work for you. Everybody’s metabolism is different.

Different Diets For Weight Loss Even Superman

Our metabolism plays a crucial role in helping each of us lose weight differently. Metabolism is simply the rate at which our body consumes calories. Some people’s metabolic rates are faster than others and this is what different diets such as the Atkins try and tamper with. In my opinion, we should accept it if we have a slower metabolism (as most people who are overweight have) and adapt ourselves accordingly when it comes to choosing from all the different diets on offer.

In scientific terms, weight loss occurs when a person achieves “negative thermodynamic flux”. That’s just a fancy way of saying when our body is exerting more energy (whether it be through exercising, working or what our metabolism uses) than it is taking in from food and drink, it will take and use the stored reserves from muscle or fat, eventually leading to weight loss.

Different Diets For Different Metabolisms!

Many different diets and recipes can assist weight loss. Although some are regarded as unhealthy and potentially harmful to health (and we should avoid these like the plague!), others are actually healthy and have the added bonus of making us better, happier individuals. They include the smoothie diet, the prasouda diet and the Mediterranean diet. Those are the diet plans I recommend for weight loss.

The standard and more traditional form of diet plan is designed to control caloric intake. These can and do work, but only when you look at other aspects of your lifestyle, such as how you exercise or work. In my experience, dietary programs that claim to work with no effort are cons and should be avoided. They sometimes work in the short-term but without changing your lifestyle in some (maybe small) way, the pounds are just going to come creeping back.

Different Diets: Does Calorie Counting Work For Weight Loss?

Calorie-counting only works when you take account of various factors, such as gender, age, weight-loss goals and how active a lifestyle you already have. For example, a manual worker such as a construction worker or farmer will need more calories in order to function than a desk-bound bank clerk or telephone sales-person. There is also a minimum number of calories necessary to keep our bodies healthy. Nutritionists recommend that a minimum daily amount of 1,200 calories must be consumed by women in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and for men, a minimum of 1,500. These figures may be varied if a doctor becomes involved and if rapid weight-loss is essential in order to save life in the case of an urgent operation, for example.

The US Drug & Health Administration have decreed that a normal, average person needs 2,000 calories in order to maintain weight and so anything between this and the preceding figures, coupled with more daily exercise, would help you lose weight.

A report released on January 31st, 2011, called the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010 Executive Summary, found that those achieving and managing a healthy weight managed to achieve this most easily by exercising and from making sure they monitored their calorie intake to only what they needed. Different diets are available to help with this and this is exactly what this website is here to help you find.

Different Diets – Easy To Follow Diets Secret

I have spent most of my professional life researching different diets. I wanted not only to find diets that worked but ones that did the job  naturally without harmful side effects.

It’s important to lose that “spare tyre” because that extra weight around the tummy could be the fat that kills you! Read on for details on how to get rid of it for good.

Different Diets | Warning: Some Diets Make You PUT ON Weight

I already knew that 84% of people who start a diet now will have actually put on weight when checked after six months. I have always suspected that for any weight-reduction diet to work the program has to “tick” two boxes:

  1. It must be suitable for the person who wants to lose weight and his/ her lifestyle. For example, there’s no point a person who lives in a small country town only being able to eat mangoes! It just wouldn’t work.
  2. The diet has to be based on sound scientific and natural principles. This puts paid to most “fad” diets.

different diets lose belly fatThere’s more to weight-loss than just dieting. The danger area and the one most people want to tackle first is the abdomen. No one wants to carry around a “beer belly” or appear pregnant when you’re not.

A fat belly is DANGEROUS. You’ve really got to aim to lose tummy fat.

Most people don’t seem to realize that extra abdominal fat is not just unsightly, it’s also a huge health risk. Scientists have shown that excess abdominal fat is a real killer, especially with people in and approaching middle age.

There are 2 distinct kinds of fat that build up in the abdominal region. The first, the one that builds up over your abs and stops them from being seen is called subcutaneous fat. Subcutaneous fat lies directly underneath the skin, over the top of the abdominal muscles. Different diets and other methods specifically target that type of fat.

The second type of fat in your abdominal region is called visceral fat. This is found beneath your muscle and around your vital organs. Visceral fat is what gives men (and women for that matter) a “beer belly”. It is fat but it does feel firm if you should want to give it a push.

Both types of fat subcutaneous and visceral in the abdominal area are potential health risks, but the one that offers the most potential dangers is visceral fat. But do not be misled: they both hugely increase the risk of your developing diabetes, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, sleep apnea, and many other dangerous and damaging illnesses.

Visceral fat is especially dangerous because it is thought to release inflammatory molecules into your body on a continuous basis.

If you really care about the quality of your life and if you really do love those around you, reducing abdominal fat should be your NUMBER 1 priority! Plus, don’t you want to be able to see and appreciate your abs?

So what’s the answer? Different diets? Easy to follow diets?

Well, partially. Please read on…

Different Diets Warning: There is NO QUICK FIX SOLUTION

First of all, you must understand that there is no quick fix solution. If only there was a magic pill or diet that would let you lose all that extra abdominal fat overnight, but there isn’t. Different diets can help, but you need more. Also, forget the gimmicks. None of the gimmicky ab belts, ab rockers, or rollers, work as fast or as easily as the ads promise. There is no quick fix, but there is an easy way and there’s a hard way to get rid of stomach fat.

The ONLY answer is to combine a correct diet with correct exercise. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be hard … or grueling. It just has to be efficient.

First of all you have to change your diet to eat more healthily. The Green Smoothie Diet is hard to beat for nutritional value and many people swear by the Prasouda Diet, but they can only fix part of the problem. This website can help you with finding the different diets that work for you.

Most people who attempt exercise routines are not working out effectively enough to lose stubborn abdominal fat. I see this every day with people I watch at the gym.

Most people stick to typical boring ineffective cardio routines, maybe throwing in a little body-part style weight training for good measure. They’ll try some side bends and crunches, and think that they are effectively reducing their abdominal fat. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of very hard work with little or no results.

The good news is that I’ve spent a lot of time researching diet, nutrition and ab exercise. The entire solution… all of the nutritional strategies, as well as training sequences, exercise combinations, and more can be accessed in one great program.

If you follow the guidelines contained in it, you WILL lose the fat belly fat that may have been plaguing you for years. This is not guesswork… it is a proven system that works time and time again. If you apply it, the results will come. It’s really that simple.

The main reason most people fail to keep themselves fit and trim is that they start out with good intentions, but after a few days, weeks or perhaps months, they give up their good intentions and slip back into bad old bad habits that piled on the excess body fat to start with.

I will help you succeed in getting rid of that extra abdominal fat for good. Remember, it’s not only UGLY, it’s also DANGEROUS.

Do not waste another single day. Don’t let that nasty abdominal fat kill your confidence and endanger your health. Think of your loved ones, if nothing else.
